Having worked in the finance industry for 15 years I moved to Timaru in 2005 to establish the first Mike Pero Mortgages Franchise in South Canterbury. I consider it a privilege to have helped my clients into their first homes, to arrange top-ups, re-fix their loans or just give them some advice on how to go about paying off their debt. I help my clients to have the right insurance in place, to make plans for their retirement and generally get their finances sorted.
