Brent Jaslarz is co-owner of Mortgage Connect. Brent joined the banking/financial sector in the mid ‘90s. During this time, he worked for BNZ and Westpac specialising in home lending. He also lived in the UK for six years and worked for two major investment banks in London, before joining Mortgage Connect in 2007 ( formally known as Mortgage Link Manawatu). In 2011 he became a co-owner and Director of the company. In 2019, Brent and his business partner, Craig Seton, launched their new company, Mortgage Connect. Brent is a member Financial Advice New Zealand.
What interested Brent in becoming an adviser was the ability to provide multiple home loan solutions for his customers, ensuring that a home loan best suited for their needs. Brent enjoys meeting new people and works directly with them to achieve their financial goals. He has extensive lending experience on residential and investment home loans and also various loan structures.
In his spare time, Brent enjoys most sports, especially golf. He also coaches his son’s football team and hopes to one day be able to do this at a higher level.
