I joined Mike Pero Mortgages in November 2000 bringing over 20 years of experience in management positions related to sales, marketing and consumer finance. I bought my first residential investment property in 1990 and have personally bought and sold several residences, so I am able to provide first hand knowledge and advice on investment property loans. Having built my current home Im also able to assist clients who are looking to build their own home, by ensuring they have the right financing structure. The right mortgage structure can save you thousands of dollars over the life of a home loan. As an experienced Mortgage Adviser I can provide expert advice to help you make the right choices.
