Ethics–Putting Clients’ Interests first: How does this work?

Discussing a range of scenarios, this webinar will explore what it means to put the clients’ interests first when any given circumstances mean this is potentially difficult.

You will discuss strategies for mitigating the risks in these situations.  Be prepared to share your own experiences and ask questions as we discuss a variety of situations where you will be challenged to put your clients’ interests first.

Karen will share her experience at IFSO and some of the conflicts faced by advisers seen in complaints resolved by the IFSO Scheme.
