Each workbook is structured in three sections;

  • examples of adviser conduct in case studies from Approved Dispute Resolution Schemes with relevant case study and reflective questions

  • worked examples of embedding the Duties and conduct standards into your business processes, procedures and controls

Release dates: The six workbooks will be updated as the new Act, Code and Regulations are released and gazetted. The workbooks will be released to Members at 1-month intervals.

Learning outcome: advisers can demonstrate that they are meeting their duties under the Act, Financial Advice Code and Disclosure Regulations.
