Jane Arnott has been writing, advising and consulting across ethical business behaviour for several decades. She introduced the Institute of Business Ethics to New Zealand over 9 years ago and co authored IBE's first NZ publication titled Setting the Tone: A New Zealand Perspective on Ethical Business Leadership which was launched in both NZ and UK earlier this year. She is a former chief executive within the primary sector and was an executive director for a nationwide charity. She also founded New Zealand first cross cultural consultancy representing Pacific Island communities consulting to local government and government agencies in the process.
